Alto-Shaam Updates Sales, Service Teams

Alto-Shaam has added Todd Breiner as V.P.-National Accounts, and Claude Rancifer as Regional Service Manager.

Breiner, who held the same post at another firm, will oversee strategic development for chain account growth. Rancifer brings a decade of experience as a technical manager to his new role managing all authorized service providers in the central United States; he’ll act as the primary liaison between the Alto-Shaam service agent network and the technical support team members, including monitoring performance, training service providers, and ensuring service providers meet customer expectations.

In addition to Rancifer, the Menomonee Falls, Wis., manufacturer’s regional service team now includes Eric Holder (northeast U.S., eastern Canada); Jerry Polka (southeast U.S.); Matt Payment (western U.S., western Canada); and Juan Medina (Latin America/Caribbean).
