Texas To See Überrito Eruption

Uberrito-3

The Houston fast-casual chain is preparing for a major Texas expansion, adding more than 100 locations across Austin, San Antonio, and its home city. Überrito, which currently operates five Houston-area locations and two Phoenix-area locations, is mostly based in shopping centers, but is eyeing stand-alone locations as it looks at implementing drive-thru service. Überrito is part of Mexican Restaurants Inc., which operates 43 Mexican restaurants across five brands: Casa Ole, Crazy Jose’s, Monterey’s Little Mexico, Tortuga Mexican Kitchen, and Überrito.
