ACFSA Preps For Fall Conference

The countdown is on for the Association of Correctional Food Service Affiliates’ annual International Conference. ACFSA members will gather in Norfolk, Va., Sept. 16-19 for a full docket of seminars, roundtables and socializing.

In addition to regional roundtables and ServSafe training, the agenda includes seminars on topics including new equipment purchasing, handling operations when natural disaster strikes, the legal implications behind religious diets, foodborne illness, and converting food waste into energy.
