CFS Brands, parent company of Carlisle FoodService Products, San Jamar, Dinex, Sparta Brush, Marko and Snap Drape, has acquired Piper Products.

Piper, headquartered in Wausau, Wis., manufactures aluminum and stainless steel food transport equipment, cafeteria and buffet serving systems, hot and cold food merchandisers, vegetable slicers, and a range of support equipment under brands including SECO Products, Servolift, Chef System, R&D Fixtures and LaCrosse Cooler.

Trent Freiberg, President and CEO of CFS Brands, remarked, “The acquisition of Piper brings a complementary set of products and capabilities to CFS Brands and aligns perfectly with our vision to build the strongest platform of leading brands for light equipment and supplies.”

Tony Sweeney will stay on as president of Piper Products, which will remain a stand-alone entity within CFS Brands.
