UK Dealer Sold to South African Supplier

Jestic Foodservice Equipment, the U.K.-based importing distributor of brands including Wood Stone, Vitamix, Josper, Alfa Pro, and Somerset, has been acquired by Universal Industries Int’l., one of South Africa’s largest foodservice equipment suppliers. Universal says existing management will continue to operate Jestic, and that the purchase will give it better access to the European market.
