The National Restaurant Association, responding to the widening coronavirus outbreak, today launched a website-based resource guide to help restaurant operators navigate food-safety concerns related to the crisis.

In addition to background information on the virus, the site also provides PDFs on proper hand-washing, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, and how to safely clean up bodily fluids.

You also can read the FER Guide to Food Safety-Friendly Equipment from September 2019.
