Alto-Shaam Appoints New Director of Customer Experience
Alto-Shaam has promoted 30-year company veteran Cindy Zbytniewski to the newly created role of director of customer experience. The role will “develop, implement and promote Alto-Shaam’s global customer experience vision by utilizing her in-depth knowledge of Alto-Shaam’s products, processes and customers,” the company said in a statement.

“Cindy will focus on the pre- and post-sale customer journey, from initial inquiry to delivery and beyond, by overseeing Alto-Shaam's Sales, Inventory and Operations Plan (SIOP), while also establishing and measuring key customer satisfaction metrics,” the company said.

Carpigiani Announces New Distributors
Carpigiani, an Ali Group Company, announced three new distributors: Coolers Inc. (Greater Houston metro area), Refrigeration Mechanics (Northern Ohio), and Red Rock Food Equipment (Oklahoma). All companies will offer customer support, local service and parts distribution for both Carpigiani Professional and Chain Solutions.

Chad Brooks has been named CFO, effective June 9, 2020, reporting to CEO, Marie Ffolkes. Brooks joins TriMark from Workforce Logiq, where he was the CFO. He has held executive leadership positions across multiple portfolio companies sponsored by Bain Capital, Carlyle, Cerberus Capital and Atlas Holdings. He will be a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Last week, the company announced that Cameron Geiger will be the company’s chief supply chain officer.
