Ali Group Company Forms Partnership in Michigan

Frozen dessert machine maker Carpigiani North America has partnered with United Foodservice Solutions for distribution, service and repair of its machines in Michigan.

United Foodservice Solutions, a third-generation company, has operated in the foodservice industry for over 64 years. UFS specializes in sales, service and repair, and has a combined total of 160 years in the industry, serving more than 1,200 customers in the Michigan market.

The UFS group of in-house sales and service technicians is headquartered in Grand Ledge, Mich., along with a showroom and test kitchen able to accommodate customer demonstrations.

“The Carpigiani culture and equipment fits very well with the UFS company model and their stellar commitment to customer service and support,” says Josanne Kanipe, director of business development at Carpigiani North America.

United will offer frozen dessert solutions to ice cream and gelato parlors, bakeries, retailers and QSRs looking to expand their menu with soft-serve, frozen beverage and other dessert options.
