Alto-Shaam, EMC Hospitality Expand Partnership

Alto-Shaam will lean on EMC Hospitality to serve as its new manufacturers’ rep in this state.

Alto-Shaam has boosted its partnership with EMC Hospitality, now serving as its new manufacturers’ rep in Hawaii.

EMC Hospitality will promote Alto-Shaam’s full portfolio of commercial kitchen equipment, including multi-cook ovens, cook-and-hold ovens, combi ovens, rotisserie ovens, heated holding solutions, and blast chillers.

“We are proud to further partner with EMC Hospitality in Hawaii,” says Sean Fleming, regional sales manager, west at Alto-Shaam, in the release. “With their expertise and enthusiasm for our breadth of product solutions, we look forward to helping our shared customers succeed with this expanded partnership.”

EMC Hospitality serves MAFSI Regions 22 and 24. “We are excited to educate our customers, now also in Hawaii, on Alto-Shaam’s range of product innovations,” says Chris Hamilton, partner at EMC Hospitality. “Our goal is to give our customers a hands-on experience with the equipment that allows them to discover the best solutions for their operations.”
