ARK MFG Acquires Therma-Tek Commercial Cooking Solutions

ARK MFG has acquired Therma-Tek Commercial Cooking Solutions. Therma-Tek designs and manufactures commercial cooking equipment in the U.S. The deal marks ARK MFG’s move into the hot side of commercial kitchen solutions.
“This acquisition continues us down our path of investing in American-made manufacturing and expanding the range of products we can offer our customers,” says Gian Carlo Alonso, founder and CEO of ARK MFG, in the release. “This is one of the most exciting ventures we’ve taken on yet. I’ve always wanted to build a world-class cooking line, and now we’re proudly adding the hot side alongside our refrigeration offerings.”
ARK MFG plans to revitalize and grow Therma-Tek. The company says it’s making “significant investments in manufacturing reinvigoration.” This effort includes a rebuild of the Therma-Tek facility and the relocation of its operations into ARK MFG’s global headquarters.

ARK MFG also includes Amerikooler and Tarpon Stainless Fabricators, which it acquired in 2025.
