Bakery Cafe Targets 50% North American Growth in 2025
Longer term, the 4,000-unit global chain has its sights set on 1,000 units in North America by 2030.

This year, Paris Baguette expects to expand its 200-unit count across North America, with plans for 100-plus new cafes.
Currently, 78 leases are signed. The additions are set to grow the chain’s presence to span at least 35 states, with new market targets including Connecticut, Missouri, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Indiana, Idaho and Delaware.
These goals follow on the heels of a year in which the chain opened 51 new cafes—or nearly one per week—and gained 163 new franchises. The chain also entered five new states.
“The growth we saw last year was truly remarkable, and I firmly believe that our success is driven by our people-first approach,” says Paris Baguette CEO Darren Tipton. “By strengthening our C-level leadership team and focusing on comprehensive support systems, we’ve created a solid foundation for sustainable growth while maintaining the high-quality guest experience that defines Paris Baguette.”
Paris Baguette first entered the U.S. in 2015, and has more than 4,000 units across the globe. Guam and Puerto Rico also are among the brand’s prospective new markets in 2025.
