Beyond Juicery + Eatery Enters Healthcare Space

Beyond Juicery + Eatery, which operates more than 50 locations, has made plans to open its first unit in a hospital setting this fall. It will open inside Cleveland Clinic, in Cleveland.

The store will offer made-to-order smoothies, wraps, salads, juices and breakfast items, along with a grab-and-go cooler with organic cold-pressed bottled juices. Guests also will have access to kiosks and in-store and mobile ordering through the brand’s app.

“Opening inside Cleveland Clinic represents an exciting evolution for our brand because it allows us to bring fresh and flavorful options directly into a setting centered around health and wellness,” says Mijo Alanis, co-founder of Beyond Juicery + Eatery, in the release.

Jason Chamoun, a multiunit operator with experience across several fast-casual brands and foodservice companies, will serve as the franchisee. Beyond Juicery + Eatery launched in 2005 and in 2018, began franchising. The Cleveland Clinic location marks its 10th store in Ohio.
