Byrne and Associates Merges With Gabriel Group

Gabriel Group, a representative of supplies, tabletop, equipment and furniture categories, has picked up the foodservice equipment manufacturers’ representative group Byrne and Associates.

Gabriel Group Principal Scott Gabriel says Byrne and Associates is a “natural fit” for the company as it continues to expand in the equipment segment and will strengthen its position in the foodservice industry.

“The addition of Byrne and Associates provides for a natural extension of Gabriel Group. With multi-generational representation, quality lines and complementing territory, Dennis Byrne and his team are a great fit,” says Gabriel in a press release.

Established in 1970, Byrne and Associates has served Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia and western Pennsylvania.

Inside support functions and outside sales roles of the groups eventually will be integrated “to provide service levels that reflect Gabriel Group’s mission of focus, quality and efficiency,” says the company.

Headquartered in Grand Rapids, Mich., Gabriel Group represents manufacturers in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
