Cambro Adds Scale, Skills Via Acquisition
The deal adds a 75,000-square-foot facility in Northglenn, Colo., to the family-owned maker’s portfolio.

Cambro Mfg. is growing its offerings by acquiring Nationwide Fabrication—a provider of custom stainless steel and millwork fabricated commercial foodservice equipment.
Nationwide Fabrication serves hospitals, restaurants, correctional facilities, schools, stadiums, and corporate and assisted living facilities across the U.S.
The addition of Nationwide Fab adds a facility in Northglenn, Colo., with more than 65 skilled craft employees. That real estate joins Cambro’s exisiting U.S. warehouses and manufacturing facilities in Huntington Beach, Calif., and Mebane, N.C.
Nationwide Fab Founder Adam Martinez will remain in a leadership role following the acquisition.
“We’re excited to partner with Nationwide Fab and happy that Adam will be continuing to lead operational activities,” says Argyle Campbell, president and CEO of Cambro Mfg, in a March 4 release. “I believe there is a lot of opportunities for both companies going forward.”
