Clean Juice Appoints Restaurant Industry Veteran as COO

The quick-service restaurant and juice bar Clean Juice has hired former Jersey Mike’s Subs and Cici’s Pizza executive Tripp Setliff as COO.

Setliff brings franchise operations, development and marketing experience to the role. In addition to his time with the quick-service and fast-casual brands, he served in leadership roles with Driven Brands and Business Network Int’l., where he most recently held the title of vice president of global marketing.

In his new role with Clean Juice, Setliff will oversee all store operational initiatives, including development, supply chain, training and field support, to grow sales volume and profitability. As the brand continues to expand, Setliff will also be tasked with exploring new ways to implement scalable and efficient models.

Founded in 2015, Clean Juice recently signed its 200th unit.
