The 2022 National Restaurant Association Show is underway at Chicago’s McCormick Place. Here’s a look at the show floor from Day 2.

Always wanted a blast chiller but felt the investment was too much? Traulsen’s value line, called Centerline, now includes reach-in and undercounter blast chillers. The value line also includes reach-in and undercounter refrigerators/freezers and prep tables.
