The 2022 National Restaurant Association Show is underway at Chicago’s McCormick Place. Here’s a look at the show floor from Day 2.

It’s not every day you see a two-level undercounter dishmachine for the foodservice industry. Hobart displayed its LXeR Advansys Undercounter Commercial Dishwasher at the restaurant show. With a focus on reducing labor for operators, the machine boosts capacity to 48 racks/hr. with its two levels.

Walk-On’s Plans Smaller, More Flexible Prototype
