Hawaiian Bros Brings Plate Lunches to Las Vegas
Touting a simple menu and a kitchen void of freezers, fryers and microwaves, the brand expands its reach.

Hawaiian Bros, serving island-inspired plate lunches, has opened it first unit in Las Vegas. The brand hosted a grand opening on September 26. The new location is 6071 W. Craig Rd.
“We are thrilled to introduce our first Hawaiian Bros location in Nevada and continuing to build the brand,” says Chris Aslam, CEO of franchisee Rock Hawaiian, in the release. “This expansion will give even more guests the opportunity to experience Hawaiian flavors, something we are very excited about doing more of.”
Hawaiian Bros, launched in 2018, oversees more than 60 restaurants in nine states throughout the U.S. Its plate lunches offer a variety of chicken or pork, macaroni salad and rice or vegetables. The brand says its kitchen is void of freezers, fryers and microwaves and that the simple menu features the highest quality, freshest ingredients.
In other expansion news, Sweetgreen opened its first unit in Arizona on September 23.
