Heritage Restaurant Brands debuted a concept this week called Press Quesadilla Grill. Heritage describes it as a “California Coastal Fresh experience.” Its menu features herb-infused proteins, fire-grilled salsas and fresh pressed tortillas. Guests can choose from quesadillas, bowls, burritos, nachos and salads. PressMenu

Press opened in San Luis Obispo, Calif., where Heritage is based. Formed in 2016, Heritage also overseas 35-unit Huckleberry’s Breakfast & Lunch, Cool Hand Luke’s Steakhouse and Perko’s Cafe Grill.

Greg Graber, CEO and founder of Heritage, says Press marks the first brand created entirely by the Heritage team.

“We’re thrilled to launch a brand of our own because each individual played an integral role in bringing this concept to life,” Graber says in the release. “It’s been a dream for quite a while, but the timing is just right. This brand is tailor-made to expand through franchising and give back in meaningful ways.”
