Host 2025 Revamps Bakery Area

Organizer of HostMilano, Fiera Milano Spa, has announced a partnership with Consorzio SIPAN to enhance the MIPPP – Milano Pane Pizza Pasta portion of the international trade show. SIPAN comprises more than 60 Italian technology providers.

The partnership helps fill a gap as Italy doesn’t have a truly international bakery-focused event, says Andrea Gaibazzi, president of Consorzio SIPAN, in the release. It also will allow for a wide range of operators, from artisans to small industries, a “unique opportunity to discover innovative technologies to develop their business,” Gaibazzi says.

Along with the exhibition part, MIPPP will feature its own event schedule.

HostMilano will take place October 17-21, 2025, in Rho, Italy. To date, more than 900 companies are registered, with about 400 of them from overseas.
