Jinya Holdings will open a flagship concept, dubbed Jinya., on April 17 in West Hollywood. The elevated, full-service restaurant will offer live-fire grilling, using wood and charcoal, along with sushi and craft cocktails. It also will include a climate controlled aging room, enhancing ingredients such as Ora King salmon, red snapper, branzino and prime rib.

Jinya Holdings operates several concepts, including Jinya Ramen Bar, Robata Jinya and Saijo. Jinya. is what the group’s founder Tomo Takahashi calls the “final form.” The concept reflects a long-standing evolution of the brand. The name doesn’t carry a descriptor, such as Ramen or Robata, and the period signals the brand’s “most complete expression to date,” according to the release.

“After expanding into multiple concepts, we wanted to return to the essence of JINYA and create a flagship that represents the culmination of our vision,” says Takahashi in the release. “JINYA. is the final form of our premium series—everything we’ve developed over the years, distilled into one restaurant.”

Jinya Holdings has 80-plus restaurants with multiple locations in the pipeline.
