Quick-casual seafood brand Off The Hook has expanded its leadership team with the following hires:

  • John Lush has become COO. He’ll oversee day-to-day operations and drive strategic initiatives to streamline performance and align with long-term business goals.
  • Bailey Richard has stepped into the role of director of marketing, communications and compliance. He is tasked with Off The Hook’s marketing, public relations and compliance efforts, responsible for amplifying the company’s voice, elevating brand visibility and ensuring regulatory standards are met across all markets.
  • Randy Gross now serves as director of operations. He’ll manage field operations and restaurant performance, working closely with regional teams to ensure consistency, efficiency and high-quality guest experiences across all locations.

In a release, Off The Hook, which lists eight locations in Louisiana on its website, says the hires bring a strong track record in restaurant and hospitality management and will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, brand visibility and overall performance as it accelerates its growth across the region.
