Two manufacturers’ rep groups plan to team up. Miller & Associates will acquire E-Source and create ESOURCE MILLER, a foodservice E&S sales agency in the Texas/Oklahoma market. The new company also will become a member of Paradigm, which serves as a collection of manufacturers’ rep firms that offer manufacturers a more strategic way to go to market.

Jeff Griffiths of Miller & Associates will serve as president of the new organization. Other members of the leadership team include Tammy Hutchison, Donna Bishop, Greg Morris and Jeff Swindle.

“By bringing these two great companies together, we are creating an organization that will deliver even more value to our manufacturers, our customers and our employees,” Griffiths said in a statement.

Jeff Swindle, vice president of E-Source, added, “I cannot express to our manufacturers, our customer base and the existing E-Source employees how excited I am for the opportunity to bring these two strong families together. This combination will have an immediate positive impact on all those that we serve in this great industry.”
