Next week, Mo’ Bettahs will open its first restaurant in Minnesota.

The location, at 410 County Road in Burnsville, is across from the city’s mall. It will offer dine in, takeout and catering.

Ahead of the official opening on July 13, the brand will host a two-day celebration on July 10-11. Both days, customers will be welcomed by founders Kimo and Kalani Mack, and can enjoy a complimentary mini plate and drink for lunch (11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.) or dinner (6-8 p.m.). Saturday also will include a ribbon cutting at 5:30 p.m. and a block-party-style dinner from 6-8 p.m. with entertainment including face painting, caricatures, a photo booth and lawn games.

Longer term, the restaurant will be open Monday- Saturday from 10:30 a.m.-10 p.m. and closed on Sundays.

Since partnering with Savory Restaurant Fund, Blue Marlin Partners and Trive Capital, Mo’ Bettahs has grown to over 75 locations in Utah, Idaho, Oklahoma, Texas, Nevada and Arizona.
