Parts Town Diversifies Offerings With Latest Acquisition

Illinois-based foodservice equipment parts distributor Parts Town acquired Dayton Appliance Parts Co., a residential appliance parts maker, it announced last week.

Financial terms of the deal were not publicly available.

“Our focus will be to further improve the customer experience and grow genuine OEM parts sales in support of manufacturers and customers,” said Steve Snower, CEO of Parts Town, in a press release. “We are proud to have the opportunity to build on the history at Dayton Appliance Parts and work with this strong team.”

Dayton Appliance Parts is headquartered in Dayton, Ohio. It carries OEM parts for over 100 leading residential appliance manufacturers.
