Two west coast manufacturers’ representative groups—PCH Solutions and Cuffari Marketing Group—have merged into one.

Now known as EMC, the company represents smallwares, tabletop, buffet, furniture and equipment brands. It has test kitchens and showrooms in Orange County, Calif., and Emeryville, Calif., and a showroom in downtown Los Angeles.

EMC’s management and ownership team consists of Michael Hartman, managing partner of the Pacific Northwest; Matt Blackman, managing partner of Northern California; and Chris Cuffari, managing partner of Southern California.

“The foodservice industry is rapidly changing. This merger positions us for continued growth and the ability to represent some of the premier smallwares, furniture, countertop and heavy equipment offerings in Southern California,” says Cuffari in a press release. “Along with the existing tabletop and buffet brands that we currently bring to our customers, we are extremely excited about the synergy of offerings that we will bring to our market.”

EMC serves California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Idaho, Alaska and Hawaii.
