Mountain Mike’s Pizza announced it has debuted in Colorado, the brand’s eighth state, with the opening of a new restaurant in Parker.

Parker is the first of two Colorado openings for the brand; it aims to open another one in nearby Aurora in early 2024. Franchisees Chris and Rocio Plucinski expect to open future Mountain Mike’s locations in Colorado, focusing on Castle Rock, Denver and the surrounding areas.

The Parker location measures 2,400 square feet and includes an all-you-can-eat pizza and salad buffet. Eight big-screen TVs cater to sports fans while a 300-square-foot patio accommodates guests who want to dine alfresco.

Based in Newport Beach, Calif., Mountain Mike’s operates nearly 300 restaurants, which typically feature a kids’ activity area with arcade games, dedicated party rooms and big-screen TVs throughout, with the aim of catering to sports teams, family gatherings, group fundraising events and private parties.
