Dullea Sets Retirement Date From Standex Refrigerated Solutions

After 12 years with Standex Refrigerated Solutions Group, Chuck Dullea has announced his retirement as the company’s President, effective January 31, 2017.  He joined Nor-Lake Inc. in 2004 as president, and was instrumental in helping it transition from a private company to a publicly traded company environment upon its acquisition by Standex, along with leading the company toward significant growth.

Building on that successful leadership, Salem, N.H.-based Standex asked Dullea in 2008 to provide strategic oversight to both Nor-Lake and Master-Bilt or, as it is known today, the Standex Refrigerated Solutions Group.  In 2014, Dullea led the merger of the leadership of both entities into a single team.

Prior to joining Standex, Dullea had a long career with International Cold Storage Co./Carrier Commercial Refrigeration, where he rose from parts clerk to the presidency.
