Smart Care Acquires Ohio-Based Kitchen Equipment Repair Company

Wind Point Partners’ Smart Care added Gilead, Ohio-based Finley’s Facilities Services, a commercial kitchen equipment repair company, to its portfolio.

Founded in 2016, Finley’s Facilities Services offers emergency repair, planned maintenance and installation for cooking, refrigeration and HVAC equipment. Smart Care says the acquisition bolsters its existing capabilities in Ohio and marks its third acquisition in the state.

The acquisition marks Smart Care’s seventh since partnering with Wind Point in 2021.
