Service company Smart Care is launching Turbo Tech, its national service brand for speed ovens and coffee equipment.

The Turbo Tech network will provide service and support for a broad range of coffee equipment and speed ovens in coffee shops, restaurants, convenience stores, colleges and hospital cafeterias.

As part of the launch, Smart Care also introduced Turbo Tech One, a flat-rate pricing model for speed oven service which gives customers transparent, upfront pricing and greater cost predictability before work begins.

“Our goal is to make coffee equipment service and speed oven support easier and more predictable,” says Stephanie Bodem, general manager of Turbo Tech. “Historically, our industry service has been highly fragmented, with customers relying on independent technicians. Our unified network of technicians operates from the same playbook, and has the industry’s highest first-time fix rates for speed ovens. Furthermore, we have the most inventory of parts on our trucks, giving customers a meaningful advantage in getting equipment fixed quickly and keeping their operations running.”

Smart Care operates in all 50 states and is OEM-agnostic, with the ability to service more than 10,000 types of equipment.
