Tarpon Stainless Fabricators has appointed Unisource as its manufacturers’ rep in Florida.

AmeriKooler Owner Gian Carlo Alonso, who also serves as Ark MFG’s founder and CEO, says the appointment is a big step in expanding the brand’s reach and presence in the region. The company also is building a new Tarpon Stainless factory in Hialeah, Fla., in order to increase production capacity, he shares.

Tarpon Stainless, based in Tarpon Springs, Fla., is a custom stainless fabricator. According to a press release, the previously announced acquisition was part of Ark MFG’s strategy to expand its reach across the foodservice equipment industry, beyond stainless steel, with a commitment to excellence, quality and speed.
