TWC Services has acquired Kenco-Lusk, a commercial refrigeration, heating, air and foodservice equipment repair company.

Atlanta-based Kenco-Lusk was founded by Kenneth L. Cooper in 1986. Cooper will stay on through the transition and retire once the transition is complete. Kenco-Lusk’s two other managing owners, Jeff Tad Richison and Jeff Salvo, will remain with TWC Services as a project manager and lead installer, respectively.

“Adding Kenco-Lusk’s depth of knowledge, commitment to customer service and team of experienced technicians in Atlanta puts us in a position to provide even more value and great service to our customers in the market,” says Paul Morrison, president of TWC Services, in a recent release.

TWC Services, founded in 1906, has 32 locations, including those in Atlanta, Miami and Houston.
