The grand opening included cooking demonstrations, facility tours and an evening reception at the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte, N.C.

This month, Unox opened its first U.S. manufacturing facility in Denver, N.C., after starting production late last year.

The manufacturer says the $20 million investment marks the next chapter in its long-term commitment to the Charlotte region and signals continued growth across North America.

“We’ve been building toward this moment in Charlotte for a long time,” says Derrick Richardson, president of North America. “This facility is a milestone and a platform for everything that comes next. Bringing our partners here to experience that firsthand felt like exactly the right way to open this chapter.”

The new facility brings multiple benefits for U.S. customers, as Unox says it enables it to expand production capabilities, reduce lead times, improve service and parts availability, and increase hiring in step with increased demand.

The North Carolina facility also complements Unox’s broader global strategy, notes a release, including the development of Unox City: the company’s state-of-the-art headquarters and innovation center in Padua, Italy.
