White Castle Sets Sights on Texas

The unit will be the first in the state for the 104-year-old chain.

The Lone Star State is officially on the map for White Castle.

Today, Aug. 21, the chain announced that it will open its first Texas unit at the Grandscape mall in The Colony. The unit is set to open in the summer of 2026, and it’s expected to create 80-100 jobs.

Columbus, Ohio-based White Castle owns 335 restaurants nationwide. Last month, the chain announced that it was launching autonomous delivery in Chicago.
