Parts Town Unlimited To Open Largest Fulfillment Center Yet

By year’s end, Parts Town Unlimited is set to occupy a new 538,450-square-foot, LEED-certified global fulfillment center, expanding its Southeast distribution capabilities.

Once the building is operational, Parts Town will be able to get OEM parts to 93% of the U.S. within two days. It also will offer local pickup and same-day delivery, giving customers access to parts—foodservice, residential and HVAC—in under two hours.

The facility will feature a modular design with robotic conveyance. Planned tech includes AI-powered robotics solutions, as well as automation at packing stations, shipping sortation and receiving.

The company also has global fulfillment centers in Chicago, Phoenix and Munich, but this is its first LEED-certified one as well as its largest.
