Alto-Shaam Highlights 2 Appointments
The manufacturer is promoting a 30-year employee as well as welcoming a new face.
Alto-Shaam has two new global operations leaders in place.
JK Raghavan has been promoted to senior vice president, India operations and global operations development, while Philip Stephenson was named the vice president of supply chain. Both individuals will report directly to Alto-Shaam President Lucy McQuillan.
Raghavan has been with the business for over 30 years, playing an instrumental role in shaping Alto-Shaam’s operations, engineering capabilities and talent development, and helping guide the business through significant periods of growth and change, notes the release. In his new role, he will lead the continued development of the company’s India operations as a “strategic global hub,” while also overseeing high-priority enterprise initiatives to support the company’s next phase of growth.
“JK has made an exceptional contribution to Alto-Shaam over three decades. This promotion reflects both the scale of that contribution and the strategic importance of this role to our future growth,” says Steve Maahs, Alto-Shaam CEO. “India represents a significant opportunity for the business, and JK’s leadership will be instrumental as we continue to expand our capabilities in the region, while also advancing broader global initiatives that will strengthen how we operate and serve our customers.”
Stephenson joins Alto-Shaam with more than 30 years of operations and supply chain leadership experience working across sectors including foodservice and manufacturing. In his new role, he will lead Alto-Shaam’s supply chain strategy and function, helping strengthen capabilities across the business and support the company’s continued global growth.
