PRIDE Centric Resources To Withdraw From Alignity Group
The decision, announced May 4, follows a review by PCR’s Board of Directors and leadership team regarding its long-term strategic priorities.
Effective Dec. 31, 2026, Pride Centric Resources will withdraw from Alignity Group. Additionally, members Greg Ebel (formerly CEO and president) and Cara Schlarb (formerly vice president of vendor strategy) have stepped down from their Alignity officer roles.
The move reinforces PCR’s focus on “accelerating its independent transformative growth strategy and continued investment in capabilities that support dealer and vendor success,” a press release says.
PCR will honor all agreements and support Alignity Group’s programs through the remainder of 2026.
“PCR has built tremendous momentum in the past year by investing in capabilities that help our shareholders grow stronger, more competitive businesses,” says Ebel, who is president and CEO of Pride Centric Resources. “Our marketing platforms, training programs, and technology investments are delivering measurable results for our dealers and vendor partners. By focusing fully on PCR, we believe we can accelerate these initiatives and continue delivering the above-market growth and value our partners expect.”
PCR emphasizes that the strategic direction introduced through Alignity closely reflected initiatives PCR has been developing and implementing.
“Our commitment to the industry, to independent dealers, and to our valued vendor partners remains unchanged,” Ebel adds. “If anything, this allows us to move faster and stay fully focused on delivering results.”
