Middleby’s QualServ North America Seats New President

QualServ has promoted Phil Mauter to serve as the brand’s president for North America.

In the role, he will lead the QualServ North American strategy and oversee day-to-day operations of all business functions including finance, engineering, sales and manufacturing. He will focus on driving operational performance, elevating the customer experience, and scaling the company’s solutions and services platform.

Mauter, a Chicago-area native, has over 30 years of operations leadership and global supply chain experience. His background includes serving in executive roles within both major commercial and privately held enterprises.
