LTI Adds 2 to Leadership Team

Both individuals bring more than 30 years of experience to their respective roles with the manufacturer.

Donna Forsyth has been named chief financial officer of LTI, and John Davis has joined the company as vice president of product development.

Forsyth—who earned a BBA in marketing management from Clayton State University and became a CPA in 1998—has over three decades of accounting and financial experience, including leadership roles at Roy V. Hall, CPA, Fulton & Kozak CPAs, and her own firm, Donna W. Forsyth, CPA, where she managed comprehensive accounting, audit, tax, payroll and CFO services. She also worked closely with LTI as a contractor from 2001-2023, providing accounting and financial reporting support.

“LTI has benefited from Donna’s expertise and partnership for more than two decades,” says LTI CEO Barbara Casey Lane. “Her deep familiarity with our business makes her ideally suited to guide our financial vision and ensure our continued success.”

Davis, meanwhile, brings over 30 years of experience spanning product development, engineering, marketing and operations. In his new role, he will lead the company’s product strategy and innovation initiatives. His leadership background includes senior roles at Arneg USA, ITW Corp. (Hobart & Traulsen) and Dover Corp. (Unified Brands). Most recently, he was president of Davis Business Coaching, where he guided small community businesses through growth and strategic development. In 2025, Davis collaborated with LTI as a consultant, contributing research and analytical expertise to key projects.

Davis has a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Lehigh University, a master’s in operations management from Wright State University and a graduate certificate in marketing from Tulane University.
