Victorinox Appoints Audra Murray as Director, Foodservice

Victorinox has appointed Audra Murray as director, foodservice. She’ll lead the company’s foodservice growth strategy across North America, overseeing new account acquisition, strategic customer development and regional sales leadership. She’ll focus on helping foodservice operators reduce total knife program costs, improve cash flow, enhance employee safety and satisfaction, and optimize operational efficiency.

Murray will report to Ulrich Wohn, president of Victorinox North America, and will lead growth initiatives for the foodservice segment. Greg Stak will continue overseeing Victorinox’s food processing and butcher divisions.

“Audra’s extensive foodservice experience and proven ability to develop strategic customer relationships make her an exceptional addition to our leadership team,” says Wohn in the release. “As we continue investing in the foodservice market, Audra will play a critical role in accelerating account acquisition, expanding our customer partnerships and executing growth strategies that continue to strengthen Victorinox across the industry.”

In her new role, Murray will focus on expanding Victorinox’s presence among national restaurant chains, healthcare facilities, hospitality groups, educational institutions and other large-scale food preparation operations. She’ll lead a team of business development regional sales managers while overseeing strategic account development, sales planning, financial negotiations, distributor engagement and market share growth initiatives across the foodservice channel. She’ll work closely with customers and channel partners to expand access to Victorinox’s knife rental and sharpening service.
