KPS Global Acquires Direct Refrigeration Sales

KPS Global has broadened its product offerings with the addition of DRS, a manufacturer of aftermarket door gaskets, strip curtains and door parts.

KPS Global has acquired Direct Refrigeration Sales, a Cumming, Ga.-based manufacturer of aftermarket door gaskets, strip curtains and door parts.

“DRS represents a significant opportunity to better meet our customers aftermarket needs,” says Rob Sorba, president of KPS Global, in the release. “With this acquisition, KPS Global now offers the most comprehensive aftermarket portfolio.”

Tim Litsch, president of DRS, will continue to run DRS operations and will join the leadership team at KPS Global.

“We are excited to join forces with KPS Global,” Litsch says. “They are the industry leader in walk-ins and with this step, we can expand our aftermarket offerings to more customers. With our expanded reach, we look forward to serving our customers in new ways while continuing to deliver the value and support they’ve come to expect.”

With the addition of DRS, KPS Global operates 13 manufacturing facilities in 10 states. It also recently acquired Everidge. Viessmann Generations Group owns KPS Global.
