FH&W Adds Corporate Chef, Expands Ownership Team
The manufacturers’ rep firm has added Jon Miller as corporate chef and promoted Curtis Price to ownership team member.
Forbes Hever & Wallace, a manufacturers’ rep serving Texas and Oklahoma, has added Jon Miller as corporate chef and promoted Curtis Price to ownership team member. Details on the two appointments include the following:
Born and raised in Dallas, Miller attended Le Cordon Bleu and then received years of hands-on experience at Neighborhood Services, where he refined his skills in classic French and new American cuisine. Miller went on to spend more than a decade with ClubCorp, where he advanced from banquet chef to executive chef. His career continued at Denton Country Club and The Arts District Mansion. Now, as part of FH&W, Miller will bring his creativity and technical expertise to serve manufacturers, dealers and operators across the region.
Price, a Tulsa native, has spent more than 18 years in the restaurant industry, with 15 of those years in various management roles. In 2012, he transitioned into the foodservice equipment and supply side, joining a local dealer as an outside sales representative. Over the next decade, Price advanced to director of sales and marketing, where he worked with numerous large chains and played a key role in kitchen design, project management and rollouts.
“Known for his collaborative leadership style and problem-solving mindset, Curtis has built lasting relationships throughout the region,” FH&W states in the release. “His commitment to customer care and team success has been instrumental in driving business growth and operational excellence.”
