Tennessee-based Chef’s Deal Restaurant Equipment has expanded its in-stock inventory of smallwares and tabletop items.

“Smallwares and tabletop items are a different kind of purchase than a walk-in cooler or a range,” says Matthew Yaz, CEO of the dealer. “A kitchen buys big equipment once and keeps it for years, but plates break, glasses chip, and knives wear down every week. When an operator can pull both their kitchen tools and their dining-room tabletop from the same supplier, reordering becomes far simpler, and that matters when the same items are being replaced again and again.”

The expansion targets restaurant, hotel or foodservice program operators who must equip both a kitchen and dining room, says the announcement.

Chef’s Deal has physical locations in Nashville and Murfreesboro, Tenn. The dealer carries equipment from more than 400 manufacturers, including cooking equipment, refrigeration, ice machines, walk-ins, hoods, dishwashers, storage and transport solutions, restaurant furniture and smallwares.
