Cool Comfort

Master-Bilt designed the DD Series of dipping-display cabinets with operators in mind, “with a curved rear edge for comfort and lowered back wall (1³⁄8-in. shorter than prior designs) making it easier to bend and reach containers.” The smallest model (DD-26) displays four 3-gal. tubs, while the largest (DD-88) displays 16 tubs and stores 12. LED lighting can be switched off.

New to the market this fall, Kool-It’s KDC Series features four models. The units can maintain gross capacities between 77 gal. (KDC-11) and 135 gal. (KDC-19) of ice cream at between -7.6°F and -0.4°F, with an adjustable thermostat.
