2 Former Focus Brands Employees Join Walk-On’s

One takes the role of vice president of supply chain and procurement, while the other was named vice president of technology.

Baton Rouge, La.-based Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux today announces the appointment of two industry veterans.

Jamie Davis has been named the vice president of supply chain and procurement. Davis has over 15 years of industry experience, with prior roles at Insomnia Cookies (VP of supply chain and procurement), Edible Brands (VP of supply chain), Focus Brands (Cinnabon’s director of supply chain) and Tropical Smoothie Café (director of supply chain). Walk-On’s calls her “a proven procurement strategist who excels at building scalable distribution networks as a foundation for rapid revenue growth.”

Tyler Schack, previously Focus Brands’ director of retail IT, has been appointed as Walk-On’s vice president of technology. While at Focus Brands, Schack oversaw all retail technology and new store openings for seven brands and over 3,000 locations. Prior to that, he worked at Buffalo Wild Wings, starting as an hourly team member and working his way up through various roles before transitioning to corporate as an administrator. Schack says he looks forward to building on Walk-On’s technological foundation to ensure guests can continue to enjoy an “unparalleled dining experience.”
