Limelight Foodservice & Hospitality and Specialized Wisconsin have formed a strategic alliance in Wisconsin.

Michelle Perrone, principal owner of Limelight, and Walter Kirchhoff, president of Specialized, will oversee the two companies. Each group will continue to operate under their respective names while combining their teams and line cards, a release states. This will allow the groups to provide expanded product offerings and additional resources to their customers. Product offerings will include front- and back-of-house products inclusive of equipment, furniture, supplies and more.

The Wisconsin office will undergo a redesign, featuring new equipment in the test kitchen and a new furniture and supplies showroom.

Limelight will remain an independent rep firm in the Chicago area market.
