New Execs At Dunkin’ Brands

Dunkin' Brands Group has promoted Grant Benson to Senior V.P.-Franchising and Development, Dunkin' Brands and Jeremy Biser to V.P.- International Operating Systems, Learning, Food Safety & Equipment.

Benson has held a variety of positions in operations, restaurant development, franchising and business development in his 31 years with the Canton, Mass., company. Now he’ll lead restaurant franchising and development for the Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins brands in the U.S. He reports to David Hoffmann, President of Dunkin’ Donuts U.S. and Canada.

Biser, who has played a key role in increasing Dunkin' Brands' operational consistency and business standards internationally, is assuming oversight of the international field learning team.  He reports to Bill Mitchell, President of Dunkin' Brands International.
