Ricca Appoints New Principal To Head San Diego Office

Min An, FCSI, LEED AP, has been promoted from Project Director to Principal at Ricca Design Studios. Min will run Ricca’s San Diego office, serving the corporate, healthcare, education, hospitality and public assembly markets.

Min joined the Greenwood Village, Colo.-based consulting firm as an intern in 2001. She began her career at the Ewha Women University Medical Center in Seoul, Korea, where she spent two years gaining experience in foodservice design. She relocated to the United States to achieve her Masters in Science and Food Services Management from Kansas State University. Min is a member of the Korean Dietetic Association and possesses a Certification of Dietitian from Seoul, Korea.
