Cold Side/Hot Side Regulatory Forums Now Active

NAFEM has launched a Regulatory Hot Side Forum to share quick summaries on the latest issues in food prep, primary cooking and warewashing. In the future, the forum will host documents, discussions and general information related to “hot side” equipment. A “cold side” group of NAFEM members is currently active, and holds monthly conference calls to discuss issues and actions relative to commercial refrigeration equipment.

Association members looking for more information or to be added to a forum should contact Charlie Souhrada, CFSP, v.p.-regulatory & technical affairs.
