Jerry Maahs Golf Outing Marks 10th Year

Registration has opened for the 10^th annual Jerry Maahs Memorial Golf Outing at Ironwood Golf Course in Sussex, Wis. The August 11 event supports the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and is named for Jerry Maahs, the founder of Alto-Shaam. Maahs passed away from non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in 2006.

Since 2009, the golf outing and a matching donation from Alto-Shaam have raised $620,000 to support a research grant dedicated to advancing blood cancer treatments. The event begins at 9 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 11. Those interested in participating may register here.
